Using the website
You can use the playground to make beats and download your result. Do not use the website to break the law, interfere with its operation or access systems and information that are not yours.
The music you make
You keep your rights in the original music and recordings you create. Beatlab does not claim ownership of your work. You can use the sounds generated by the playground in your own tracks, including commercial releases.
If you import or record other material in the native app, you are responsible for having the rights and permissions you need to use and share it.
Keep a copy
The browser playground is a demo, not a project backup service. Its pattern resets when the page reloads or closes. Download a WAV if you want to keep what you made.
The native app saves projects locally. Keep backups of important work and exported recordings.
Availability and changes
The website and playground may change, be interrupted or be taken offline. We work to fix problems, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every device and browser will behave the same way.
Native app availability, features, device requirements and any price will be shown in the relevant store listing when the app is released.
App Store purchases
Apple will process purchases for the first release. The terms and purchase information presented by Apple apply to those transactions. Apps distributed under Apple's standard licence are covered by the Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement, unless the store listing supplies a different licence.
These website terms do not replace that licence or limit rights you have under applicable consumer law. No pricing or subscription is offered on this website.

The Beatlab name, site design and artwork belong to their respective owners. The press kit is available for accurate coverage of Beatlab. Apple's names and marks belong to Apple Inc.; Apple does not sponsor this website.
