Using the website

You can use the playground to make beats and download your result. Do not use the website to break the law, interfere with its operation or access systems and information that are not yours.

The music you make

You keep your rights in the original music and recordings you create. Beatlab does not claim ownership of your work. You can use the sounds generated by the playground in your own tracks, including commercial releases.

If you import or record other material in the native app, you are responsible for having the rights and permissions you need to use and share it.

Keep a copy

The browser playground is a demo, not a project backup service. Its pattern resets when the page reloads or closes. Download a WAV if you want to keep what you made.

The native app saves projects locally. Keep backups of important work and exported recordings.

Sharing with the community

You keep ownership of your music. By publishing a preview, you give Beatlab permission to store, review and play that preview, with your chosen profile and text, on the website and in the app. This permission lasts while you keep it published and for the technical time needed to remove stored copies after deletion. It does not give other users a licence to remix or reuse your work.

Only publish content you made or have permission to share. Follow the community rules. No harassment, hate, threats, explicit content, scams, impersonation or vote manipulation. Profiles and previews need moderation before publication; we may reject or hide content and restrict community access when these rules are broken.

You can report content, block creators and remove your own previews. For copyright requests, moderation appeals or other concerns, email b@weezboo.com. Include enough information to identify the content and explain your concern.

Availability and changes

The website and playground may change, be interrupted or be taken offline. We work to fix problems, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every device and browser will behave the same way.

Native app availability, features, device requirements and any price will be shown in the relevant store listing when the app is released.

The direct Mac download

The first website download is early access for approved Beatlab accounts. New accounts currently get complimentary Studio access. This edition has no checkout. It stores projects separately from the App Store edition and receives signed updates inside the app. See the Mac download guide for requirements and availability.

App Store purchases

Beatlab Studio offers core music tools on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Monthly and lifetime plans are being prepared for the App Store. Sign in with Apple or a Beatlab username before buying. The App Store shows the current price and currency for your account before you confirm. Plans are available only where Apple lists them for sale.

Apple charges your App Store account. The subscription renews monthly unless you cancel before renewal in your App Store subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid period. Apple handles refund requests. There is no annual commitment or free trial in this plan.

Lifetime is a one-time purchase of the core music-making features, with no renewal. Future paid AI features and optional cloud storage are separate services and are not included in either core plan. Buying lifetime does not cancel a monthly subscription. Cancel the monthly plan with Apple to stop its renewals.

You can restore purchases from Account in the app. When access ends, your local projects remain on the device. Deleting your Beatlab account removes its server records but does not cancel your Apple subscription. Use Manage Subscription to stop future charges.

Apple will process purchases for the first release. The terms and purchase information presented by Apple apply to those transactions. Apps distributed under Apple's standard licence are covered by the Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement, unless the store listing supplies a different licence.

These website terms do not replace that licence or limit rights you have under applicable consumer law. Purchases take place in the app, through Apple. This website does not take payments.

Beatlab artwork and names

The Beatlab name, site design and artwork belong to their respective owners. The press kit is available for accurate coverage of Beatlab. Apple's names and marks belong to Apple Inc.; Apple does not sponsor this website.
