Music in the native app

The current app stores projects and imported or recorded audio on your device. It does not upload your music or recordings to the developer. Device backups may include Beatlab data, depending on your system settings.

The current build does not include account registration, advertising, analytics or tracking. If a future release adds accounts or activity reporting, this policy and the app's privacy information will explain those changes before they are introduced.

Microphone and files

The app asks for microphone permission when you choose to record. You can use the other music tools without granting it. Imported audio is copied into your project. When you export or share a file, the destination you choose handles that copy under its own privacy policy.

The browser playground

The demo generates sound on your device. It does not use your microphone, upload your beat or send your editing activity to us. Your pattern stays in the open tab and disappears when you reload or leave. Save WAV creates a file for you to download.

The public website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts and images are served with the site; they do not require a connection to a third-party font service.

Website requests

Hosting and network services process technical details such as your IP address, requested page, browser information and request time to deliver and protect the website. Operational logs may retain these details according to the service's settings. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments. We use them to answer your request and investigate the issue. Email providers process those messages to deliver and store them.

We keep support correspondence while it is needed to handle your request and any related record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete it. Avoid sending sensitive information or private recordings unless they are needed for your request.

App Store payments

Apple handles App Store payments under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your full payment card details. Purchase reporting may give the developer information about sales and transactions. It does not give us a directory of buyers' email addresses.

Deleting data and making a request

In the app, use Projects to delete a saved project and its recordings. Open another project first if you want to delete the current one. Exported copies remain wherever you saved them; delete those with Files or Finder.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict its use, object to processing or complain to a data protection authority. Send requests to b@weezboo.com. We may need to verify that a request comes from the person concerned.
